Set up Claude connector

Do this once per pod. Values live under Settings → Integrations → Claude connector.

In TradePod​

  1. Open Settings → Integrations.
  2. Turn Claude connector on. TradePod generates an API key.
  3. Leave Allow analysis on if you want Claude to see positions, P&L, statements, and market data.
  4. Turn Allow trading on only if you want Claude to place/cancel orders (Dhan must already be connected). Orders show as Claude on the Orders page.
  5. Copy:
    • Connector URL — https://{your-pod}/mcp
    • API Key — used as the OAuth Client Secret

:::tip First enable On first turn-on, analysis starts on and trading starts off. Turn trading on only when you intend live orders from chat. :::

In Claude.ai​

  1. Open Claude.ai → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the Connector URL as the server URL.
  3. Open Advanced settings and fill:
    • OAuth Client ID: tradepod (any fixed string works; use tradepod)
    • OAuth Client Secret: your TradePod API Key (same value shown under the connector card)
  4. Click Add, then complete the authorize prompts.

Claude can then call TradePod tools in that conversation, subject to your analysis/trading switches.

Rotate the key​

Use Rotate Key on the connector card if the key leaked or you want to cut off old Claude sessions. Update the OAuth Client Secret in Claude.ai afterward — the old secret stops working immediately.
